Your account

Your content

Your cards, notes and photos belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Nine Pocket for you. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Free limits

Free accounts include a set number of card scans, checklist lookups and price checks each month. Limits reset on the 1st of each month and may change. [Describe paid plans here when you offer them.]

Card details, checklists and prices are estimates

• Card readings are made by AI and can be wrong. Check the details before you rely on them.
• Checklists and player card lists are copied from public sources and may be incomplete or contain errors.
• Prices are estimates based on third-party sales data. They aren't appraisals or offers, and a card may sell for more or less. Don't make buying, selling or insurance decisions on Nine Pocket's estimates alone.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Nine Pocket: no attempts to break or overload it, get around its limits, access other people's data, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability

We work to keep Nine Pocket running, but it's provided "as is," without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Export your collection from time to time if you want your own copy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information shown in the app. [Have this section reviewed for where you operate.]

Team, league, player and card manufacturer names belong to their owners. Nine Pocket isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
